No. It's the feature length movie. Anything over 61 minutes is considered feature length. Anything 60 mins and under is a short.

Believe it or not, according to the Academy, a short is 30 minutes or less. Anything longer is a feature. They probably created that rule in the 30s or 40s when it wasn't all that uncommon to have 45 or 50 minute feature films, especially westerns from the "poverty row" studios.

You Boop Boop a Dooping! Cant Beat the Fliescher Studio's version of gullivers Travels. me personally have always found that story boring but its great with giant's and tiny little people.
